Redeeming the Offer
Your customers are required to complete one of the following by 21/07/19:
OPTION 1 – VIA ONLINE
1. Redeem via the online form on our website.
2. Complete the online claim form and upload their tax invoice/proof of payment.
By completing this form, their Yamaha Warranty will be automatically registered.
OPTION 2 – VIA EMAIL
1. Attach a copy of their tax invoice/proof of payment.
2. Attach a completed manufacturer’s copy of their Yamaha Warranty Registration card.
3. Send email to info@generatoryamaha.com.au
OPTION 3 – VIA POST
1. Enclose a copy of their tax invoice/proof of payment.
2. Enclose a completed manufacturer’s copy of their Yamaha Warranty Registration card.
3. Post to ATT: Marketing, Welling & Crossley, 59 Export Drive, Brooklyn VIC 3012.
Approved claimants should expect to receive their free gift via registered post between 6/6/19 and 31/7/19.
