All of our products are genuine products and come with the manufacturers Australia Wide warranty, the warranty period offered differs from each manufacturer, and can be found on our product pages or on the manufacturers website.
If the product you have purchased has failed in some way within the manufacturers warranty period, the recommended place to contact is our team at the Generator Store or the manufacturers customer service team. If they can't resolve the issue over the phone, you will be referred to the nearest authorized service agent who can inspect, service, or diagnose and repair any faults that may be required in order to get your product back to perfect working order. The team at the Generator Store will always help facilitate the process between the customer and manufacturer if necessary.
