- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

Yes, You may return any "new" (new=product has not been used or fitted) products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange it for another product. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and in the original packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. Products that have been "used" or not in their original packaging cannot been returned.

The delivery time depends on where in the country you are located. We always try to delivery the products to our customers the fastest way possible.
In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest time possible, we use some of Australia’s largest freight providers such as Australia Post, Star Track Express, plus many more.
You will be able to trace your delivery online with a unique tracking number which will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched.
Note: Due to Covid-19 and the demand of online shopping, dispatch & delivery delays can occur.
