Compared to the equally reliable and powerful Honda EU30is generator, the EU32i is approximately 56 percent lighter with a dry weight of only 26.5kgs, a significant reduction in weight for a unit producing the similar power output. This weight reduction lends itself to a recoil start system as opposed to a recoil electric start system. A lighter generator is a more portable generator, and the EU32i now allows customers to more easily take their generator anywhere they need portable power.
In an all-new design for Honda, the EU32i features in-built Bluetooth technology, this allows you (through the app) to check power output, fuel level and even shut the unit off remotely.
In relation to generator innovation, Honda engineers have employed the latest in Eco-ThrottleTM technology and a high efficiency inverter design in the EU32i, resulting in very low fuel consumption for a generator of its power output. The EU32i can operate on one tank of fuel for more than 7 hours, saving owners time and money.
At the heart of the new EU32i is the NEW reliable and powerful Honda GX130 fuel injected engine. With the GX130, the Honda EU32i provides an economical, quiet and efficient power plant to complement the generator’s technology and advanced design. As is the case with all Honda power equipment engines, the GX130 provides reliable, 4-cycle power to the unit. An overhead valve (OHV) system in the GX130 incorporates advanced engine technologies in a compact package. Coupled with the EU32i specially designed housing, the generator is able to produce ample power for the job at hand with very little noise. In fact, the EU32i is the quietest generator in its market segment, producing a mere 53-59 dB(A) of sound while in operation.

Yeah this is a perfect
Yeah this is a perfect generator for us. A little on the expensive side but I think in the long run we will be happy we went with it. The folks at the Generator Store replied promptly to our query re delivery costs and delivered unscathed. Honda ship their units without oil so I was surprised to find this unit had oil in it. I'm guessing the the Generator ran it before delivery just to check it. Anyway we are happy with the unit and Generator Store

What type of fuel does it need to run.?
The Honda EU32i runs on regular unleaded fuel, this model has a 4.6 Litre fuel tank and can run up to 8 hours using its Eco-Throttle.
Will this generator run my caravan air conditioner.?
The Honda EU32i will run most caravan / motorhome airconditioners, but as there are alot of different models, with different ratings, we recommend you get on contact with the manufacturer of the air conditioner to see what size they recommend for starting it.

Can two of these models be connected together.?
Yes the Honda EU32i can be paralled together, meaning when used with the Honda parallel cable you can connect two of these generators together to almost give you double the peak output.
I need to give my Honda EU32i a oil change, what type of oil do you recommend.? Can i buy the oil anywhere.?
Honda's recommended oil is 10W-30API, its available online through our website, or from you local Honda retailer.
Does the D.C charging leads come with the generator.?
Yes the D.C charging leads are included with the generator as standard, along with a spark plug spanner and owners manual.
