Good quality, power supply, fuel efficiency
It's nice and quiet (for a generator), easy to start, runs clean, doesn't use too much petrol, provides enough power to run a heater, water pump, microwave, kettle (not all at the same time), etc. It's good clean power too, safe for electronics. It's also about the most power you want to run over a single 15A extension cord (3600W / 240V = 15A), which makes it a good option for a caravan or cabin. You do want a good long extension cord to keep the noise away. The fuel gauge is handy when you're filling up to help avoid overflowing it. We've been running it 24x7 since we got it 8 days ago and it's still going strong. It comes without oil and won't run without it (a good feature), so make sure you buy some. Check the manual and the temperature range you plan to run it in for which oil to buy. The battery pack is not as handy as you might think, because it's behind a panel that you have to remove with a screwdriver and then there are a couple of cables to plug in. It also seems to have gone flat despite being plugged into a running generator, so I now have to manually start the generator if it stops. Perhaps this is because I switched the battery pack on? The manual didn't mention whether the switch should be on or off.

The generator does not come with 12volt charging leads, but the generator does have a 12V charging outlet..

It all depends on the electric motor size fitted to your pump, most electric motors require up to three times their running capacity to start.
